Payment & Billing

All copays are expected to be paid at the time of service.

ima Healthcare accepts multiple insurance plans; patients must verify coverage with their insurance plan directly or call our office at (701) 280-2033 with any questions.

We send out statements when an outstanding balance remains after insurance has paid. If you receive a statement with a balance due, you should pay that amount immediately unless other arrangements have been made. If you have difficulty making payments, we encourage you to contact our billing office. We accept checks, cash, money orders, and credit card payments.
