Fargo, ND – Lindsay Vettleson was recently hired as a licensed and registered dietitian at IMA (Internal Medicine Associates) Healthcare. Vettleson focuses on promoting and encouraging healthy lifestyle behaviors for increased quality of life. She will screen patients for nutritional risks, facilitate fitness assessments and provide medical nutrition therapies and specialized fitness regimens. She specializes in developing personalized plans for people with diabetes and weight management issues.
Vettleson earned her bachelor of science degree in health, nutrition and exercise sciences from North Dakota State University. Prior to joining IMA Healthcare, she served as a clinical dietitian for various hospitals in North Dakota and Kansas, providing nutritional recommendations and education. She also offers experience as a wellness coordinator and personal trainer with expertise in developing personal fitness plans, safe exercise education and physical and nutritional assessments. Vettleson lives with her husband and daughter in West Fargo.
